Leading for Personalized and Competency-Based Learning & Teaching
The heart of personalization occurs in classrooms with teachers and learners. What is the leader's role in the aspirational work of personalizing for each learner? Participants will explore how the models from Module 1 impact the depth, pace and sustainability of learning and instructional shifts. Leaders will reflect on their own beliefs and understanding of leadership and compare those to the needs of stakeholders in the world of personalization.
